Upload it to your Health Membership Profile
and show your results along the way.
Before and After Picture Tips: This is important because it is how you win!
1. Take your photos in front of a solid backdrop in a well lit area.
2. Take either a full
head-to-toe shot, or at least from your knees up. Head shots
won’t show your progress!
3. If you choose to take your "after" photo in your
"before" clothes, be sure to show off the difference clearly (example: hold out your waistband to show the lost inches!).
4. Create a "Before & After" album in
your Vi-Net profile and
post pictures as frequently as you like to show your progress as you lose
more and more. Make each photo caption
the date and weight so people can follow your progress.

Use our recipe database and
enter your dietary needs and preferences, and we take care of the rest! You can
even send your shopping list right to your email or phone!
• Customize your
Fitness Plan:
Find the plan to match your
life, your schedule, and your goals. Watch helpful videos and learn fun, new
ways to get active.
• Track your
progress and set convenient reminders:
Celebrate your success as you continue
through the challenge. Don't forget to update your Vi-Net profile frequently to
share your progress with the ViSalus Community.
